How to Request Space in the ARC
Event space may be requested through 25Live the 56³Ô¹ÏÍø’s tri-campus application for reserving classrooms and other physical spaces.
Please note that meeting rooms in the ARC are designated for 56³Ô¹ÏÍøB and Cascadia College student clubs and organizations use. Questions regarding meeting room space in the ARC can be directed to arcevent@uw.edu.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the ARC reservations team to process your meeting room request
