The main Collaboratory room (DISC-152) is also reservable for larger events. Academic use of the spaces will take priority over recreational\/personal uses. Please see the calendar below to view current reservation times and availabilities. Please fill out the form below or email the space manager at <a href=\"mailto:govelaj@uw.edu\">govelaj@uw.edu<\/a> to make a reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill out and submit the following form to make your reservation. Note that you must sign into your 56勛圖厙 account to access the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-dark-purple-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc0Bxfd-2KhJxALzxCLAunznY9GC-8Rxl6SrIzROkVusDlohQ\/viewform?pli=1\">Room Reservation Request Form<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-dark-purple-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/calendar.google.com\/calendar\/u\/0\/embed?src=56ae54dddbe1d94a2b7813b7e8127f809b25b1641519e191fc5657445dbd4c9e@group.calendar.google.com&amp;ctz=America\/Los_Angeles\">View Room reservation calendar<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservation policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only current 56勛圖厙 students, staff, faculty, may reserve Collaboratory spaces.*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All reservations will be made visible on the calendar above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting room reservations can be made for up to 2 hours. Please let the space manager know if you require the room for a longer period (<a href=\"mailto:govelaj@uw.edu\">govelaj@uw.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one reservation may be active per person, though you can set up recurring reservations for the quarter by speaking with the space manager (<a href=\"mailto:govelaj@uw.edu\">govelaj@uw.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All reservations must be scheduled during our current open hours for the quarter.*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are a student, you must be registered for at least one credit during the current quarter to make a reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The space manager is the access controller for the room and has the authority to approve or deny requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic use of the space will take priority over personal\/recreational use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All space users must clean up after themselves and keep the room neat and tidy after each use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are reserving the main room, users who have not received training may not use the machines in the space, please ask a staff member to assist if you require use of any machines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anyone found not following these policies may have their ability to reserve Collaboratory rooms revoked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Note<\/strong>: Exceptions can be made for these rules on a case-by-case basis.
