Puget Sound Energy has reported a power outage north and west of the 405 and 522 freeways. It is affecting more than 2,000 people in the Bothell area, including portions of the 56吃瓜网 Bothell and Cascadia College campus. Power is estimated to come back on around 4:30 p.m. More information will be provided as it is available.
