Online communities

Maintain your network and build new connections! IAS hosts three groups to facilitate networking and share career-related news and opportunities. Our groups are open to IAS alumni and students, and members are encouraged to post content.

56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell Career Services

Career Services is committed to supporting your career development and provides a variety of Alumni Services. All workshops, seminars, and events are open to alumni! Additionally, graduates who have received a degree within the past three years (36 months) are eligible for individual career counseling appointments at no charge. Beyond this timeframe, alumni may schedule appointments for a nominal fee.

, 56³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s free online job and internship database, is available to alumni. Connect to Handshake and access thousands of full-time and part-time jobs, as well as physical and virtual employer events.

56³Ô¹ÏÍø Libraries & database access

Everyone is welcome to visit the 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Libraries (Bothell, Seattle & Tacoma) to use books, journals, and most other materials while in the library.

While your 56³Ô¹ÏÍø NetID is permanent, library borrowing privileges and computer access expire when you graduate. 56³Ô¹ÏÍøAA members, however, are eligible for a 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Libraries Borrower’s Card and online access to the . Non-56³Ô¹ÏÍøAA members and the general public may access 56³Ô¹ÏÍø research databases through guest research stations located within 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Libraries.

56³Ô¹ÏÍø email & computing services

Alumni and former students are no longer eligible for 56³Ô¹ÏÍø email and computing services, including 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Gmail and 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Google Suite. Your 56³Ô¹ÏÍø NetID, however, never expires and provides you access to various 56³Ô¹ÏÍø resources.

Note to graduating and departing students: On the 10th day of the second quarter in which you are not registered as a student, you will receive an email notification that your 56³Ô¹ÏÍø email account and computing services will expire in 14 days. We recommend that you and save your 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Google Site long before this notification.
