Dan Berger participates in roundtable on prisoner organizing and publishes in Black Power 50

IAS faculty member Dan Berger participated in a roundtable discussion for Process, the blog of the Organization of American Historians, on prisoner organizing in the 1960s and 1970s. The three-part roundtable discussed the , the history of prisons and prisoners, and the on contemporary criminal justice policy. Berger also published an essay about prisoners in , a companion book to an exhibit at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture about the history of the Black Power Movement.
