Becca Price publishes “Spotlighting Diversity: An example of a well-tested and effective classroom intervention”
IAS faculty member Becca Price and (Iowa State) have published a third in a series of annotations that introduce scholars to biology education research. The (by Schinske and colleagues) describes an easy-to-implement intervention that showcases the biographies of different scientists, highlighting the many different backgrounds from which they come. Price鈥檚 and Coffman鈥檚 annotations unpack the research behind why this intervention is so successful.
