IAS faculty receive 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell Scholarship, Research, and Creative Practice Seed Grants

Three IAS faculty members have received 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell Scholarship, Research, and Creative Practice (SRCP) Seed Grants this spring. The IAS faculty members and their funded projects are:

  • Ching-In Chen
    Project Title: Breathing in a Time of Disaster – Emergent Broadcast System
  • Alka Kurian
    Project Title: Fourth Wave Feminism in the Global South: A Postcolonial Backlash
  • Santiago Lopez
    Project Title: New insights on the spatial dynamics of plant invasions in urban parks in the Pacific Northwest

The 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell SRCP Seed Grant Program is intended to competitively support 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell faculty in all disciplines who are starting new projects or relaunching current projects in new directions that have the potential for internal 56³Ô¹ÏÍø and/or external funding.
