Dan Berger published a new book, . The book is a biography of longtime but little-known organizers Zoharah Simmons and Michael Simmons and, through them, a window into six decades of activism. The book has been praised by poet Hanif Abdurraqib as "a triumph of storytelling" and by historian Robin Kelley as "a movement story and a love story all wrapped together." Berger will host local book launch events at on February 1 and, with the , on February 27.
