Pollster John Zogby to present free public lecture at 56³Ô¹ÏÍø
The Changing Face of American Society and Politics in the 21st Century
BOTHELL, Wash. — Pollster John Zogby will present a free public lecture at 56³Ô¹ÏÍø on April 27, co-sponsored by the chancellor’s office and the 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell American Muslim Research Initiative (AMRI).
Zogby’s lecture on The Changing Face of American Society and Politics in the 21st Century will focus on the evolving demographics and minorities in America and historic parallels to Islamophobia. He will also discuss what polling suggests for the upcoming presidential election.
The evening will begin with a 5 p.m. book signing for his most recent title, We Are Many, We Are One: Neo-Tribes and Tribal Analytics in 21st Century America. The lecture will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by a question and answer session moderated by Karam Dana, director of AMRI and assistant professor in the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. The event will be at the University’s North Creek Events Center. Reservations are requested and can be made here.
Zogby is founder of the Zogby Poll and , which conducts public opinion polls and market research for clients. As a political pundit, he shares his expertise in the media and through speeches.
