Navigating the tech transition: A journey from Biology to Software Engineering with 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell’s graduate certificate 

Launched in 2011, the 56³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Graduate Certificate of Software Design & Development (GCSDD) serves as the catalyst for professionals to pivot in their careers. Switching into the technology field can feel like a daunting task, one that Enina Hovesepian considered as she worked in an administrative job not using her Biology degree.

STEM Symposium Awards — 2024

On June 7, 2024, the School of STEM hosted the spring undergraduate STEM Symposium for students to showcase their research and work from the quarter across all four STEM divisions: Biological Sciences, Computing & Software Systems (CSS), Engineering & Mathematics (E&M), and Physical Sciences (PSD). The School of STEM hosted its inaugural award recognition ceremony and recognized students and faculty for their outstanding achievements, academic excellence, resiliency, engagement, leadership and service during the academic year.
