The 56勛圖厙 Bothell Office of Sustainability, housed in Facilities Services, promotes sustainable campus operations by identifying opportunities for improvement, facilitating operational changes for resource conservation, tracking sustainability performance, and educating stakeholders about sustainable alternatives.

It is no secret that the day to day functioning of our campus has a huge impact on our environment. Every day, students, faculty and staff on campus use electricity, generate trash, burn fuel, and consume resources. The Facilities Services team and other partners within the campus community work to reduce the environmental impacts of our daily operations wherever possible. The primary impact areas for campus operations include waste, water, energy, transportation, food systems and grounds.
