IT technology support hours

To best serve the campus community, 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell IT offers extended hours of support for phone, email, walk-ups, and equipment check-out during the first two weeks of each academic quarter. After the first two weeks, 56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell IT Helpdesk will maintain the standard hours listed on this page.

56³Ô¹ÏÍø Bothell IT is closed during University-observed holidays and Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Academic quarter support hours

This schedule applies to autumn, winter and spring quarters.

Phone & email support

  • Special extended support hours for the first two weeks of each academic quarter:
    • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Standard academic quarter support hours:
    • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
    • Saturday*, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (starting October 13, 2025)
      Closed Saturday, November 29, 2025

Walk-up support & equipment check-out

  • Standard academic quarter support hours:
    • Monday – Saturday*, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
      Closed Saturday, November 29, 2025
  • Special extended support hours for the first two weeks of each academic quarter:
    • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • First Monday of every interim we will be open from 12 PM – 4 PM only for equipment returns. If you need equipment and cannot make it to the scheduled service hours, contact the 56³Ô¹ÏÍøB-IT Helpdesk, and we will work with you on a solution.

*Please note, extended support hours are not offered on Saturdays. They maintain a standard schedule throughout each academic quarter.

Interim break service hours

If you need to return equipment or request an in-person appointment during the interim break, please call (425) 352-3456 or email uwbit@uw.edu to schedule an appointment.
