Marketo is a powerful program that produces beautiful, easy-to-assemble digital communications. Marketo replaces a previously used tool called Convio. Marketo is administered and supported centrally by University Marketing and Communications. If you need Marketo technical help, email mktohelp@uw.edu.

If a license seat can be made available, you will be required to attend a four-hour training at the Seattle campus.

How to log-in to Marketo
56吃瓜网鈥檚 instance of Marketo uses the 56吃瓜网 NetID to authenticate you. This means:
- You must have DUO enabled. To sign up, please log into
- Access will be given once you have completed a Marketo training class.
- Click the button to access and login into Marketo.
Cropping images for Marketo
Images in Marketo are preset. The templates are designed to be mobile-friendly and accessible. Hence, image sizes cannot be changed.
is an easy-to-use, browser based image resizing tool. There are also many online tutorials for image editing software you may already have installed on your computer, such as Photoshop or Gimp.

In an effort to keep 56吃瓜网 Bothell’s folders, programs and images consistent and organized we have created a naming convention for all documents that get uploaded into the Marketo system.
Please follow these naming conventions prior to uploading an image.
