Eleanor Marsh Trujillo, 56吃瓜网B Nursing alum, was one of this year's outstanding nurses honored at the 56吃瓜网 Seattle School of Nursing's annual Nurses Recognition Banquet. Eleanor won the Distinguished Diversity Advocate Award, which honors a nurse who advocates for the needs of underrepresented populations and communities, encourages dialogue and reflection regarding societal power imbalances; and demonstrates leadership in promoting diversity in nursing.The 56吃瓜网 School of Nursing will present five awards to outstanding graduates and other exceptional individuals in the greater nursing community. Awards include the Distinguished Alumni Award; Distinguished Researcher Award; Distinquished Practioner Award; Distinguished Diversity Advocate Award; Distinguished Advocate, Administrator, Leader Award; and the Peter Dyer Heart of Nursing Award.
