  • (New Student Clubs Only)
    • Clubs must be renewed every academic year, regardless of prior year’s recognition status
    • You will need to be an officer of your club in Gather56³Ô¹ÏÍøB in order to completed the transition/renewal process, if no one on your officer team is a returning from the prior academic year, please contact uwbclubs@uw.edu
    • Your club will need to be officially recognized by the Club Council for the current academic year before they can reserve space on-campus
    • In order to utilize the above form, you must have completed the 25Live Online Training and be listed as an authorized 25Live user for your club in Presence
    • Supply requests must be submitted 2 ​weeks prior to your event.
    • Request-able items are on a first ​come, first serve basis.
    • You will be notified by email if items ​you requested are unavailable
  • Food Form
    • If you are submitting a food form, you will also need to submit a funding request to cover the food expenses.
    • As per Fiscal and Audit Services, food forms are required for any university expense for food, meals, light refreshments, or standard grocery items. If you have any questions or have completed this form, please email your t five weeks before the date of the event.
